Field Characters

Similar to Orbexilum simplex but has lilac to lavender flowers, a 4-7 mm long corolla, and a 2-3 mm long calyx. Orbexilum pedunculatum has deep purple flowers, a 7-10 mm long corolla, a 3.2-4 mm long calyx. The leaves of both these species are gland covered.
