Field Characters

Inflorescence resembles a rabbit foot, leaf blades flat and rough with fine lines, ligules thin, 1/2" long. Velvety spike. Long transparent ligule. Leaves pale green Hiars on inflorescence point up. Look alike: Setaria- inflorescence hairs point out at 90 degree angle
